Download Custom Texture Catalogs

I have put together a customized texture catalog for the “Common” catalog found in 20-20 version 6.x. There is a fairly nice variety of wood textures for Maple, Oak, Cherry, and Pecan (or Hickory) which add traditional woods and stain colors which are desperately needed. There are also a small set of light paint colors for walls. These will render much better than a standard color. Below is a partial description of what you will get:

Please note that if you ever reinstall 20-20, it will overwright the modified Common catalog, and you will have to reinstall it. Make sure you choose the correct version of the catalog  below.  Also, be sure and follow the instructions very carefully. If the Common catalog gets messed up in 20-20, the program will not run and you will have to do a complete reinstall. You should not have any  difficulty if you follow the instructions exactly.

To install the texture catalog - download and unzip the file on your hard drive. Open the 20-20 Catalog Tools program and click on the “Import” button. Direct it to the new folder created while you unzipped the catalog, and click Okay.

New Version 8 texture catalog files.

The new files below were created for 20-20 Version 8. If you already have my 6.4 texture files, you can download the smaller update file below (it only contains new textures which were not previously available in 6.4). If you go this route, you will need to copy all of the texture files in your 6.4 texture folder that start with gd_ into the texture folder in V8.
